High-end top floor office space

A company detaining many real estate assets in Luxembourg wished to set up high-end representative office spaces in the spirit of a hôtel particulier. The building acquired for this purpose benefits from a panoramic view over the city center of Luxembourg.

After a restricted call for tenders, Tétris, in contact with the design agency CALQ, was selected as the General Contractor to complete full range of works within a very short period of 2 months. The technical trades were entrusted separately to the subcontractors which had rehabilitated the building. The project is rich in architectural and technical details, blending direct and indirect lighting sources, combining glass, wood plating with PRIVALITE glass panels controlling opacity and a homogeneous oak parquet flooring, partitions and made-to-measure doors and furniture.
